Fletcher 17GTS Speed/Power Boat – Off White and Blue 2002 17ft, 3.o ltr Mercruiser 135bhp inboard/outboard Please read description: Please take a good look at my beautiful Fletcher Speedboat. Description: Here is my beloved Bow Rider Fletcher Speedboat. We have used her a couple of times on Lake Windermere and we have taken her a couple of times to Lake Como in Italy where she looked the part. We have had many hours of pleasure on this boat, my girlfriend and I are selling her due to raising money for our new house. She comes with the following: Wakeboard tower, fitments for both ski’s/wakeboards & fishing rod holders. Pioneer CD player with 2 decent speakers. Cream Leather, Blue carpet, Swimming ladders to the rear, Fenders, Ropes, ski ropes, 3 x children’s & 1 adult buoyance aids, Anchor, an O’Brien wakeboard with case, trailer wheel Lock, Heavy duty strap to secure the boat to the trailer, 2 x oars, 20ltr fuel tank, 2 x Blue attachable covers. Trailer light board, This boat is very easy to launch and equally easy to retrieve and put back on the roller trailer, Winch. Basically everything you need If this is your first boat I can recommend insurances etc. She does need a few bits to get her back to 100%, listed below: Mechanical The Plus’s: •She does tick over beautiful, no problems running on tick over, no fuel or oil leaks •Roller trailer, easy to retrieve the boat. •Brand new axle and brakes on the trailer (SBS trailer alone is worth £2,500) •Tyres like new with brand new spare wheel & brand new tyre •The old axle comes complete with the package still with good breaks, drums etc. •All the leather seats are like new •Lots of original paperwork The minuses: •The alternator gets really hot and will probably need replacing •Although the engine ticks over the engine seems to be starved of fuel when putting throttle on and cuts out. • The port side (Red) light needs replacing as it was knocked off, a brand new one is supplied with the boat. And one of the strut supports for the windscreen has broken at the bottom but does still supports the windscreen. •The fin and propeller have had contact with the bottom, the fin needs a small bit of welding and although the propeller still works no problem I would replace to get the full performance potential. A boat like this which is in perfect condition is worth around £8,000+, I believe for just a couple of hundred pounds and a little time can get this boat up to that standard. In the mean time I am waiting for the above work to be done, though this could take time which I don’t have, I would let the boat go in the current condition at the price advertised. If there is no interest I will have the work done and relist the boat at a later date and increase the price accordingly. Any viewings can be arranged.
